Payment is accepted by Visa or Mastercard. Shipping carrier is Schenker, the delivery time varies between different countries; 2-10 days.
Trademill uses a unit shipping system. This means that the shipping cost is the same for products belonging to the same shipping class, regardless of how many products you order. If you order a product whith a different shipping class, the shipping cost is based on the product with the highest shipping class. Every product belongs to a shipping class (fraktklass), which is stated on the product page below the "Lägg i varukorgen"-button.
Trademill delivers most of its products world wide. Please note that products belonging to shipping class 6, 7, or 8 (very large items) can not be ordered directly online. Please contact our customer support center for further assistance.

Trademills leaves 1-year warranty on all new products, unless otherwise indicated.
The warranty means that we will repair or replace faulty products within a reasonable time.
The warranty is void if the product has been damaged by misuse.
All used items are sold as is and they are not covered by any warranty. It is the buyer's responsibility to examine the goods before purchase.
Note that all forms of electrical items are sold as is and they have not been tested. Watches, clocks and other mechanical items are not sold as timers or as reliable indicators, but as art objects.
If you wish to return a defective product, please contact our customer service by email or phone for detailed information.
Trademill account for your return shipping by sending you a return shipping label. Trademill doesn't cover shipping costs if you don't use the return shipping label.
If your item arrives in damaged condition, it must be claimed within seven (7) days from the time you recieved the goods.
Trademill reserves the right to change prices, end of sale and any factual inaccuracies that may appear on our website or in our advertisements.
If you, after completing an order, doesn't receive an order confirmation email, please contact our customer service to confirm that your order is received by us.
Trademill AB is committed to respecting and protecting your personal information and your privacy in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PUL). The information you provide about yourself is only used internally. You have the right to request all information held about you through our customer support. If they are inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you are entitled to request that information be corrected or deleted.
Neither party shall be deemed to be liable to the other for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to Force Majeure. If a party's performance of its obligations is affected by Force Majeure:
It shall give notice to the other party, specifying the nature and extent of the Force Majeure, as soon as reasonably possible upon becoming aware of the Force Majeure and will at all times use reasonable endeavours to mitigate the severity of the Force Majeure;
